Deck Project Overview
This beautiful new construction deck was constructed in the Myerstown area in 2019. We met with the customer to determine their goals for the project. After discussing the options we drew up several plans for the customer to choose from. The customer had an existing concrete patio they were unhappy with due to continuous sun exposure and lack of protection from the weather.
This project consisted of removing part of the existing concrete patio, building a raised deck, installing Trex decking, and vinyl railing. We also added a roof for protection and to provide shade since this project is West facing and receives continuous sun during the day. We installed recessed lighting with a dimmer switch and ceiling fans for added comfort on warm evenings.
