    Job Description:

    In Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania, we are looking for an Entry-Level Construction Worker to join our team. This job is a great place to develop practical skills and participate to a range of construction projects, such as deck building, interior renovations, floor installation, and bathroom and kitchen remodels.     Essential Responsibilities:

    • Work With Us On Kitchen and Bathroom Renovations: Help more seasoned team members with demolition, fixture removal, surface preparation, and the installation of new materials and fixtures.
    • Deck Construction: Assist in building and repairing decks alongside the crew, including the framework, decking, railings, and final touches.
    • Interior Renovations: Take part in tasks including framing, hanging drywall, painting, and finish carpentry.
    • Floor Installation: Help with the installation of various flooring materials, such as carpet, hardwood, laminate, and tile.
    • General Labor: Carry out a range of general labor duties such loading and unloading supplies, cleaning the job site, and making sure tools and equipment are kept in good working order.

    Qualifications:

    • While a high school diploma or its equivalent is a plus, there are no formal educational qualifications.
    • Preferably has a basic understanding of tools and machinery used in construction.
    • Physical stamina and the capacity to move heavy things weighing over 75lbs, stand for long periods of time, and carry out demanding jobs.
      Willingness to take advice from more seasoned team members and learn from them.
    • Strong work ethic and punctuality.
    • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

    Job Description:

In Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania, we are looking for an experienced construction worker to join our team. We want you to join our team if you have the knowledge, expertise, and willingness to take on difficult construction projects. You will have a significant impact on a number of construction-related tasks, such as installing floors, building decks, remodeling bathrooms and kitchens, and interior restorations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Renovation and remodeling projects for the bathroom and kitchen: Take the initiative and get involved in every stage of the work, from fixture installation to destruction. oversee the work of novice employees and guarantee the caliber of the project.

    Qualifications:

If you have worked construction, you know working for four years could mean you did just enough to stay employed for four years, or you learned skills and worked hard for those four years. We're of course, looking for someone who learned and worked hard.
    • Comprehensive understanding of building methods, tools, and equipment.
    • Ability to execute physically hard activities and strong physical fitness.
    • Possibility of mentoring and leading young team members.
    • Excellent work ethic, timeliness, and dedication to producing work of the highest caliber.
    • Access to dependable transportation and a current driver's license.
